Refund policy
At Hearing Gifts, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their hearing aid purchases. We understand that sometimes a hearing aid may not be the right fit, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy.
We provide a 60-day return window, starting from the date the order is placed, during which customers may return their unopened hearing aid for any reason for FREE. Our return policy is entirely FREE of charge, and we cover all shipping, handling, and restocking costs associated with the return.
To be eligible for a return, the hearing aid must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Any signs of damage to the device may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
If your hearing aid is outside the 60 day return window but you believe it to be defective you can submit a claim under our 3 year warranty by contacting us at support@hearinggift.com .
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hearinggifts.com and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the unopened hearing aid in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 48 hours. If your returned order has not been refunded within 48 hours, please reach out to our support team at support@hearinggifts.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Our Three-Year Limited Warranty:
Our limited 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects for our hearing aids purchased from authorized dealers or directly from us. We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them. If any manufacturing defects arise during normal use within three years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the hearing aid at no charge to the customer. Examples of covered manufacturing defects include malfunctioning internal components, loose or broken wires, cracks or breaks in the housing or shell, and battery door failure. However, misuse, abuse, physical damage, and unauthorized repairs or modifications are excluded from this warranty. The customer must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect to make a claim, and this warranty is not transferable.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be provided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Hearing Gifts Co. When approved for an exchange, a free return label will be provided, and the exchanged item will be shipped out upon receiving the former item. We only offer one exchange per order per customer.
